Return and Refund Policy for FRESH N' GO

30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with all original packaging intact, including tags, and in resale condition. Please have your receipt or proof of purchase available to expedite the process.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@freshngoshop.com. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping
If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label, as well as further instructions on how and where to send your package. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

Damages and Issues

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of personal care products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene reasons. Certain other items are also non-returnable, such as:

Exchanges
The best way to ensure you receive the correct item is to complete a return on the original item, and place a separate order for the new item once the return is accepted.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day “cooling off” period. During this period, you may cancel or return your order for any reason, provided the item is returned in its original, unused condition, with tags and packaging intact, and proof of purchase is included.


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
